Super clean rooms and the staff was super nice. Loved the location, right next to Times Square. Free coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice touch. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown and the elevators took forever, but the comfy beds and cleanliness made up for it!

Fantastic city views, convenient location, modern decor, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, easy access to Times Square and other attractions.
Felt like visiting family, no complaints.

loved how close hampton inn is to the heart of times square! got a great view from the high floor room. staff were super friendly and helpful. also, they do this cool "goodie bag on go" in the morning, and a free packed lunch to takeaway.
Can't recommend highly enough.

the room was clean and comfortable, with a great location near shows, restaurants, and shopping. the breakfast was a highlight, with a good variety of options to start the day. the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and valet parking was convenient.
Nothing that i didnt like 😊

I was disappointed that the wifi signal didn't reach my room, making it difficult to use it for work or check emails.
